Our Semi-Intensive English course is a semi-intensive programme that allows you to balance classroom tuition with structured study and free time activities. You will improve your English language ability at a speed you feel comfortable with, while having time to enjoy your destination.
This course is available at all levels from Elementary to Advanced and you will be placed in a class which is suitable for your level. The course focuses on the four main aspects of language: reading, writing, listening and speaking. You’ll also learn vocabulary and grammar, and how to speak in formal and informal discussions and strategies.
Our General English courses are designed to improve your English language skills and give you more professional and academic options in the future. As well as taking lessons, you will have plenty of time to sight-see and explore your destination.

All of the grammar and vocabulary work is based on Cambridge exam material. Practical English – using syllabus based on the European Framework ‘can do’ tasks and real world environment. Precious feedback from your teacher – We award you a certificate at the end of your course (all academic course students are required to sit the TIE/Cambridge/IELTS exams in order to obtain the end of course certificate), and you have the option of getting a full report from your teacher. You get the opportunity to do a practice exam – Erin School is a practice test centre for Cambridge ESOL exams including KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS. The exams are corrected by Cambridge examiners who provide feedback.
