Our General Intensive English course is recommended as a first step in language learning. For anyone who is starting learning English the course gives a solid foundation in grammar and improves your social and functional communication.
The General Intensive English course is practical and uses everyday situations to enhance your communicative skills. The course uses everyday situations to teach the student vocabulary with idiomatic and colloquial expressions besides being a lot of fun.

Overview
The course prepares students for one of the most famous proficiency exams in the world, the English Language Testing System International (IELTS). The course includes tests based on actual IELTS exams every 3 weeks. A positive test result can lead the student to qualify for universities or it can assist the student in some categories of Australian immigration visas.
The IELTS exam tests students in four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The results are presented on a scale of 0 to 9, with 9 being the highest level, along with a similar overall score on the average scale of the four skills. The access requirements for higher education courses vary from course to course and certified courses and diplomas generally require scores of 5.5 or 6, and university courses generally require 6.5 or higher.
Enrolment - 4 weeks (minimum period)
Duration - 12 to 24 weeks
Course hours - 20 hours per week
